Zlochevskyi Strikes Back. The Return of the Fugitive Minister's Empire (eng) He is one of the richest ministers of the Yanukovych era, who fled the country after the Revolution. He had a lot of criminal cases opened against him and owed the country $400 million in taxes. Today, most of his cases were "successfuly" buried by the Prosecutor General's Office and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, while he is busy building a new empire in Ukraine. And it seems that he is setting the stage for a spectacular homecoming.
