The prosecutor Kuzmenko was a loyal minion of the notorious ex-Prosecutor General Pshonka. During the Maidan, Kuzmenko occupied a high position at the Pechersk Prosecutor’s Office in Kyiv. He was lustrated in 2015 for that. But in 3 years a couple of courts in Odesa came to his rescue. They decided that lustration is unconstitutional and the prosecutor has to be compensated for his forced leave. Who are they, the old-new prosecutor and the daring judges?
